Community Resources

This list is one of several resources of informational listings.

Who is our Community Partnership for?

Therapists

Partnering with us gives you a trusted, fast-access resource for clients who need more support than therapy alone can provide right now. You get a clear referral pathway, coordinated care, and (with client consent) helpful updates so you’re not left guessing. It’s another tool in your tool belt when a client is stuck, symptoms are heavy, or progress has stalled, and it helps you keep momentum while staying anchored to the therapy work.

PCPs

Partnering with us gives you a reliable next-step option for patients who are struggling despite traditional approaches. Instead of sending someone into a long wait or bouncing them between referrals, you can connect them with a team built for rapid access, structured monitoring, and evidence-based care. It gives you direct resources to offer patients when they need escalation, and it adds a practical tool for higher-acuity mood and anxiety cases, without you having to carry the whole burden alone.

Group Practices/Clinics

Partnering with us helps your practice offer a stronger continuum of care. You can provide patients with a direct resource for interventional treatment when symptoms are severe, progress is limited, or faster relief is needed, while keeping the relationship and plan of care anchored in your clinic. It improves patient support, reduces referral friction, and gives your team another another option to help patients who need more than standard outpatient care at that moment.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I refer a patient to Northwest Ketamine Clinics?
We aim to make this process as streamlined as possible. You can click here and complete a referral form or simply direct your patient to give us a call. Whichever works best for you and your patient.
What information is helpful to include with a referral?
The information we find most helpful is the primary diagnosis and medications they are currently taking.
How quickly can you schedule someone to start treatment?
We specifically structure our staffing model for fast access to scheduling treatment. We can typically get someone started within 5 business days; our goal is to get patients started as quickly as possible, sometimes this can mean next day when available!
Can I consult with your team before referring a patient?
Always! Call 206-309-2299 and speak with one of our wonderful Patient Care Coordinators. Let them know that you are a provider looking to potentially refer someone for treatment and would like a call with one of our providers and they can get you scheduled!
Do you provide outcomes tracking?
Yes! This sets us apart from other local IV ketamine providers. Throughout treatment our patients complete industry standard PHQ-9, GAD-7, and NSESSS forms to track progress at each infusion point. At the end of treatment, we compile each set of scores into a treatment progress report. Our providers will review this with your patients and if an ROI is in place we can share this report with you as well so you can see how your patient progressed throughout treatment.
