IV Vitamin Therapy is offered through our partnership with Northwest Healing & Wellness (NWHW), our affiliated medical practice. Drips and injections are administered inside the same Seattle, Bellevue, and Tacoma clinic locations as our ketamine treatments, by the same medical team. Billing and licensure for IV vitamin services flow through NWHW.
What’s in the drips?

How long does an appointment take?
Most IV drips take 30–60 minutes. NAD+ infusions run 60–90 minutes depending on dose and tolerance. B-12 and glutathione injections take just a few minutes, easy to fit on a lunch break.
Do I need to be sick or dehydrated?
Not at all. IV therapy is just as effective as a proactive wellness strategy as it is for recovery. Many of our regulars come in monthly through a Vitamin Support Track to stay ahead of burnout, inflammation, and energy dips.
How do the Vitamin Support Tracks work?
Tracks are monthly memberships ranging from $125/mo (one infusion or injection per month) up to $450/mo (four per month). Each monthly credit can be applied to any drip on the menu. Upgrades to NAD+ or other premium drips are available at the price difference. Cancel anytime.
Do I have to be a ketamine patient to do IV vitamins?
No. Vitamin Support Tracks and individual drips are open to anyone, you do not need to be receiving ketamine, Spravato, or any other service at NWKC or NWHW.

IV vitamin therapy is cash-pay and not typically covered by insurance. NWHW provides itemized receipts (superbills) on request, which some patients submit for HSA or FSA reimbursement. Most Thorne supplements are HSA/FSA eligible at point of purchase.
