No marketing fluff. Here’s what’s actually different about transferring your care to us. Verify it with your current clinic.
Not a clinic visit. A spa-quality session.
Most transfer patients tell us this is the part that didn’t exist where they were. The room, the staff, and the small details are all designed so you can actually let go.

What transfer patients say after they switch.
Real stories from patients who made the move. Their words, not ours.
I’d been going to another clinic for two years. The waiting room had four chairs and felt clinical, like an urgent care. The first time I walked into NWKC I almost cried. It feels like care. The infusions actually work better because I can actually relax.
My old place was charging me $550 a booster. NWKC quoted me $400 on the monthly plan, $380 if I prepaid annually. Same medicine, way nicer room, and they got me in the next week. I should have switched a year ago.
I was nervous about switching, like maybe I’d lose continuity. The team requested my records, talked to my old prescriber, and made sure my dosing was right. First infusion was $299. I haven’t looked back.
Whatever’s holding you back, we’ve heard it.
Will I lose progress if I switch in the middle of a series?
No. We pick up where you left off. Our medical team reviews your dosing, schedule, and what’s been working at your previous clinic, then continues your protocol with continuity. If anything should change, we explain why and decide it with you.
How long does the transfer actually take?
Once you call, most transfers are scheduled within five business days, and next-day starts are possible when your dosing and history are straightforward. We request records on your behalf, you don’t have to chase your old clinic.
Is the $299 first-infusion price real, or is it a bait-and-switch?
It’s real. $299 is what you pay for your first booster as a transfer patient. After that, single infusions are $450, or as low as $380 each on the annual membership plan. We don’t add intake fees, service fees, or hidden line items.
What if I’m on the fence about leaving my current clinic?
Call us at (206) 309-2299. We’ll spend 15 minutes on the phone, hear what’s working and what isn’t at your current clinic, quote you a real all-in price, and tell you honestly whether switching makes sense. We don’t pressure-sell.
Do you take my insurance?
IV ketamine is off-label and not directly billable to commercial insurance at any clinic in the Northwest. We provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement, and CareCredit and Denefits financing are available. Spravato, through our NWHW partnership, is currently $99 out-of-network and moving in-network with major carriers.
Can I use my NWKC membership at multiple locations?
Yes. One membership works at all three clinics, Seattle, Bellevue, and Tacoma, so you can book wherever is convenient that week without re-enrolling.
What if I just want to do one or two boosters, not a membership?
Totally fine. Membership is optional. Single boosters are $450, with your first transfer infusion at $299. Many patients book à la carte for the first few months, then switch to membership once they know their cadence.
What about Spravato, KAP, vitamin infusions, or medication management?
All available in-house, either through NWKC or our NWHW partnership inside the same building. Members receive discounted vitamin infusions, reduced-cost integration sessions, and coordinated medication management. You don’t have to drive to another clinic for additional support.
Your First Infusion at NWKC Is $299.
